Beta Ray Bill by Mike Rooth

I have been a big fan of Mike Rooth's art for many years, and I was overdue for a new commission from him. So when I saw a commission reward was available for the latest DODGE! Kickstarter, I quickly pledged for it. This time I asked Mike to draw the cyborg champion of the Korbinites, Mr. Beta Ray Bill! And Mike absolutely killed it! Bill looks powerful here, ready to take on any villainous foe. I love how Mike drew Bill's face, his armor, and the lightning coming off of Stormbreaker. And Mike's color work is just gorgeous. Big thanks to Mike for another amazing commission!

How the deep colors contrast and how they gradiate to lighter values is remarkable! Rooth knows his craft well to have such great control over all aspects of this dynamic piece!

Them colors really do pop, man! I think BRB is one of the best commission character choices, and pieces like this are why. I'm sure you'd agree :) Congrats!
