Description

THis was from the November 1954 issue of Science Fiction Quarterly. It was one of the last SF magazines that were still in the large pulp format. The story "Desperate Remedy" was by Mack Reynolds. There was a stat on top of the space ship that is long gone. I saw once a picture of the illustration in the magazine and there was a clunky space ship, this original version is a better image in my opinion

This is a nice illustration. Strangely enough, the glue remnants on the spaceship give the image the illusion of added depth!
