DescriptionSpidey might be stumped, but Deadpool has NO trouble figuring out which beloved Spider-Verse character is about to die in this very silly, very funny, and somewhat irreverent (hey, it's Deadpool!) homage to Amazing Spider-Man #121."Definitely the blonde." "The other blonde." "Oh, it's SO the blonde." I just love this cover. You get Deadpool versions of all the characters from ASM #121, with a clever nod to the Deadpool Corps with Headpool and Lady Deadpool. I included an additional image of the two covers side by side so you can have fun comparing them. I find it hilarious that Greg Land turned Norman Osborn into a Babypool. Hah ha ha! That's AWESOME! I have to admit, I've gotten extremely tired os seeing homages of certain famous covers, simply because they're homaged to death, but ASM #121 isn't one of those classics that has been homaged very often and this one is killer! So funny, man, congrats!

Deadpool homage covers are the best, the irreverence is what makes them so great! For me, it is up there with other classics like "SECRET SECRET WARS" & "INFINITE HOUSE OF CIVIL yet SECRET CRISIS WAR INVASIONS" as well. Maypool is too hilarious, so over the top. Really fun piece, congrats.

Great cover, Paul! Yup - this one has me chuckling, too (although I was a bit surprised that they didn’t go after any of the text boxes... Deadpool must just hold SOME things TOO sacred... ;) ). Great piece, Paul!

Hilarious Homage/parody of ASM 121! Greg Land did a superb job of mimicing the original cover and then twisting it just the right amount to make it funny! Great score!
