I can't say for sure but I have a feeling he would cheat.
He's such a creppy cool looking character and boy, what a fabulous rendition of him this is! I haven't seen anyone mention it online yet, even after several years of existence, but I have a strong suspicion that whoever created The Batman Who Laughs got their inspiration for the design from Judge Death.
the batman who laughs is such a blatent rip off ofthe judge Death character, the people who were writing judge death actcually titled one of the stories "the Judge who laughed"
