Transformers UK #81 p.8

So very pleased to have a page from Part 4 of the epic Target 2006 Story line! This is my second-favorite Transformers Comic Book story arc of all-time! Special thanks to Anthony and Rich (in the art room)! Art is over-sized at 14x18.

A tie-in to the then upcoming Transformers The Movie, it introduced British comic readers to the new characters from the upcoming 1986 film!

"The mysterious disappearance of Optimus Prime heralds the appearance of three super-powerful Decepticons from the future, led by Galvatron. With new arrival from Cybertron Ultra Magnus at their side, the Autobots find themselves forced to ally with Megatron against this new foe... but what is the secret their enemy is hiding, and what does he want in 1986?"

This page in particular sees Cyclonus and Scourge, the newest and baddest 'Hunter/Seeker' type Decepticons attacking the Autobots of the past back in 1986. Forged by Unicron, Cyclonus and Scourge make short work of Jetfire as he transforms and the three have an aerial battle in the skies!

Meanwhile, the grounded Autobots (Wheeljack, Grapple, Ironhide, Gears, Bumblebee and Trailbreaker) fire into the sky at Scourge, who laughs off their easily avoided barrage!
