DescriptionSPIDER-MAN, THE LOST HUNT # 1, page 20Many Spider-man fans consider the epic story-arch KRAVEN’S LAST HUNT to be the best Spider-man story ever told. I’m one of the lucky few to have a great page from that series, so I was quite excited to hear that J.M. DeMatteis was writing a prequel to that tale. Spider-man, The Lost Hunt tells that story. As soon as I spotted this half-splash page from issue one, I was impressed by the horrific depiction of some of Spidey’s vintage villains. Depicted in Peter Parker’s nightmare are monstrous images of The Rhino, The Lizard, The Vulture, and Venom. Inks over blue-lines. Pencils by Eder Messias and inks by Belardino Brabo. Social/Sharing |

That's an ink job! Not only the blobby richness of the Venomized, but also the intense detail on their faces.
