Thunder by Derec Donovan

Thunder (aka CeCe Beck) was a welcome addition to the Reboot version of the Legion of Super-Heroes. She is a member of the Marvel family, and has all of the usual SHAZAM powers. CeCe is actually from the 80th Century, but due to some time travel shenanigans, she ended up in the Legion's time. Adding CeCe to the team was a great way to add another powerhouse to the lineup without using another character from the Superman Family. Derec shows Thunder here at the moment of transformation, complete with magical lightning and Kirby dots! I love the lighting, the energy effects, and how CeCe's hair is being blown. Thanks, Derec!
