Iron Man Annual 5 p 20 - Bingham and Green

I've shared elsewhere that Iron Man Annual 5 is one of my favorite stand alone issues of the 80s. I've checked out this page at least once a month for ... three years on Bechara's site. I have no idea why it took me so long to pull the trigger but I'm really glad I did.

I love that the Panther is in every page (even if, spoiler, it's actually a LMD). I also like that this scene is so similar to the plot to the first Black Panther movie. You can see how the costumers updated Killmonger based on his look in this era.

Even though I never read a lot of books he worked on, Bingham is in my ten list of artists. This issue was the first time I recognized his name but the way he drew the Panther has always stuck with me. I'm also happy to have another page that Dan Green worked on.
