Description

I've always loved the Marvel corner boxes, as if you couldn't tell from my gallery. I especially was fond of corner boxes that featured different team head shots. The New X-men head shot by Dave Cockrum were classic and it immediately brings me back to the early issues of the team! I recreated this nostalgic piece in ink on 8 1/2 x 11 cougar paper.

The Cockrum eyes of that first run are so iconic! Especially nice on Colossus and Nightcrawler.
