Conan the Barbarian

This was a special piece for me to own. It was actually my first order via Romitaman's website. The original pencil and ink piece is shown via as an additional image. From what I was able to find out it was a sketch George did for an Editor at Marvel at the time. It appears the editor must have hung it up in the office because you can see it was double side taped on the back. Well I purchased this a couple months before his Cancer diagnosis was known. I was hoping to show him it at a con and maybe see if there was a story to this or not. Mainly for my own curiosity. It's a little beat up.

Well anyway I sent a scan of it in October of 2021 to Bob Sharen. He was able to remove the personalization parts of the piece and hand colored a scan of this. He did a pretty bad ass job.
