Description
To me, Snake Eyes and Liefeld were a perfect pairing.
I've always been a true fan of Liefeld's work, going back to his New Mutants days. I've been wanting a second piece of art of his for a while now and as a GI Joe collector and Snake Eyes fan it seemed obvious to me to grab a piece from his run on the character while I could.
I love this DPS, it is so classic Liefeld and a great Joe shot overall, with Snake Eyes front and center and flanked by two great vintage Joes in Roadblock and Scarlett. Nice having the original Joe General Joseph Colton there too, although he was a later addition to the figure line as a mail away and I'm pretty sure never made an appearance in the classic cartoon.
Huge thanks to Glen Brunswick at Panel Page Art and Rob for such a great piece.

Yo Joe!

Oh yes, this is the Roadblock that Liefeld turns into a walking mountain and uses the pose of his Heroes Reborn Cap!  It has those signature touches all around!

Great page! Rob does the g.i. Joe I've wanted to see for 35 years now. Congratulations
