DescriptionYet another Crisis page (sort of). This is from the published web-first series Smallville Chaos. It was a bonus page thrown in with another package from Michael McIsaac (HDR bonus pages free with every purchase, after you make a previous purchase with a free Spyboy page, while supplies last!). It kind of tickled me that it was a page during that comic's version of Crisis, with two Lois Lanes and also that it reminded me that the Smallville 'Season 11' comics had their own Crisis BEFORE the CW did their joke of a Crisis on TV. If I was overselling the page, I'd tell you that Earth-Unknown turns out to be Earth-Majestic, where Majestic was the world's only Kryptonian protector, killed at the hands of the monitors, and with the one and only Darkseid in the Multiverse on this psuedo-Smallville/Wildstorm universe!!!! But, I'll just say that a page with two Lois' is fun. (Except the part where they all shoot themselves because they think it's hopeless) Social/Sharing |

Wherever we go, whatever we do,
We're getting two Lois together.
We may not go far, but Horn is a star,
Wherever we are, it's to nowhere.
Wherever I go I know she goes.
What Crisis he shows I'm Lois she knows.
No fits, no fights, no feuds
And no Chaos, Amigos, to Martha!

Hunh!?! I didn't understand anything you explained aside from the CW Crisis being crap (so true, but to think it was possible to do it well was unrealistic). But, maybe you can help me with a mystery I've been wondering about. Who exactly is "Daniel HDR", and why have I been seeing pages by him, which frankly are not examples of top level artistry, selling at auction for like over $600 per page over the last few weeks?

Let me know if you find an answer as to why inks over bluelines of his Green Lantern Corps pencils have been selling for into the mid-three figures on HA (especially since I have the original pencils of at least one of those pages despite HA saying that the inks are the only existing original art).

Those are exactly the pages I'm referring to! On top of them not being high level, they've been inks over blueline. Why are people bidding them up like that?!? Insane....

Run, Scoob! Okay, but you credited the page to "Daniel Horn", so we can at least assume that's the person who goes by the "Daniel HDR" monicker. I've never heard of him, so that's the main reason it was so shocking to see those pages suddenly selling for $500-$600. Clealy, this is a mystery that'll need to be solved by a few meddling kids....

I can only explain comics I've read. I can't explain crazy market turns for blueline OA.
