DescriptionA very rare example of an original hand painted colour acetate for a Battle action cover.The original art for this cover (also in my collection) to photo-converted into a black and white acetate, and blue shadow ground sheet (the famous 'blues and clear film, please') The blue ground sheet is then painted in gouache by the colourist, and then the entire set up goes to the printers. Acetate, ground sheet, vellum, with gouache colours. 22.5 cms x 29 cms Social/Sharing |
