Description

Another great daily from the "Christy" storyline, in which an old friend of Mary's loses weight and gets back into acting - which leads to some marriage problems... The art on this is just stunning. Starr could really draw beautiful women.

Marvelous! The hand gestures tell a lot of their character and you can see it's like sign language to those who read body language.

Simply exquisite in all facets of illustration. There's no doubt 1963 - 1965 was Starr's peak period on the strip, with 1964 in particular truly standing out, in my view.

I think 1964 is my favorite year as well! 1965 is a great year too.
