Why would they even risk shooting in the direction of the boss's head? Didn't they get the AIM Employee handbook the first day on the job? I'm going to write this employee up.

AIM has been trying to kill MODOK since his first appearance, so I went and reread the policy. One interpretation is that you're allowed to shoot at the Boss but you have to miss. That's some forward-thinking, world-class HR policy to relieve tension.
