Description

I commissioned this in 2006 and kept it hidden for 17 years knowing that in March of 2023 the CAF Sketchbook Theme would be TENTACLES. Prelim shown, too. The original piece (Hellboy) was created in 2003, and then I had Giorgio create the matched left (MODOK) side in 2006.

Feeling two foot small

Hellboy's here people stare
Each arm writhing away
I can see March's for me
And I hear them say

How can arms even writhe
I can never swim
Vote in them, seeing them

How could he set two feet

Gather 'round, set the crown
Atmosphere all day
