Jack in his early stages of rejecting his father's legacy. I think that we are all happy that he eventually came around to accept the legacy. I'm glad that Robinson didn't leave the character in someone else's hands to become just another monthly title whose continued existence was solely based on sales numbers. But at the same time leaving everything to Courtney didn't feel right either. He could have just driven West with his son and retired the Starman mantle.
