UK Dystopian strip (1960s/70s) - Unknown - 1

This is one of five pieces of a larger set (the rest are missing). They are ink on thick illustration board and each has a different letter pencilled in suggesting they are ordered panels in a single comic strip.

The story seems to take place in a dystopian future. I have included two other panels that also feature scientist/researcher characters in the smaller additional images below the main image. Two further panels have been uploaded separately.

Any suggestions as to who the artist is or where the art may have been published are most welcome.
