DescriptionThis is the May. Day 07. Thirty-One days of Star Wars continues...In this continuation of the string of Knight Errant mini-series, Jedi Knight Kerra Holt has returned to her Sith-held homeworld to liberate as many slaves as possible. She gains the aid of Devil Squadron’s starfighters from the Republic. One of a number of pages from this series I’ll be uploading this month, this caught my eye with one thing - the appearance of a modified SR-71 blackbird as a Star Wars universe shuttle. Let’s hear it for the Mach 3 sled! These are the original blue pencils (not digital blue lines) by Iban Coello. I believe there are corresponding boards out there for inker Sergio Abad. Ooh! I love seeing the X-Men flying into the Star Wars universe, especially in beautiful blue pencil!

With the queen's ship from Naboo in The Phantom Menace drawing from that airframe for inspiration, the stage was set for someone else to make a mod. Love it.
