Description

A story written by one of the creators of Ra's Al Ghul "Birth of the Demon" gave the character weight by defining his intriguing origin.

Norm Breyfogle's fully painted pages of the story did an an amazing job showing the tale, hitting the emotional high points and ending with a epic shirtless dessert fight to the death of Batman and Ra's Al Ghul.

This page depicts Ra's Al Ghul and a Lazarus pit on an oversized fully painted page...can't ask for more.

My first Breyfogle page and my first comic art trade...thanks Daryl for a wonderful transaction. 10/10 would trade with again.

Even the demon has demons haunting his dreams! Sophisticated artwork by Breyfogle for complex characterization! One of the high points of his DC career.

Very nice Breyfogle painted example ! His art is still as fresh and exciting as it was when it was published
