Description

With the trailer now out, I figured now was a good time to post this. This is the first appearance of Jaime Reyes as Blue Beetle, from which the upcoming DC movie is based on.

Funnily enough, although this comic book came out in 2006, this cover was still available from Albert when I finally got it from him in NYCC 2016. Yes, this was sitting on Albert's inventory for 10 years!! Thanks Albert!

GREAT piece of Lee art, and that much more imporant now with BB coming to theaters soon! I've always dug the Reyes design. Congrats!

Wow! Absolutely stunning Jim Lee cover! Love this image of the two Wonder Women looking down on the Blue Beetle, Batman and Booster Gold! The heroes are brilliantly drawn here, they almost seem to be bursting off the page. And the portraits of the two Wonder Women are gorgeous, they look like they're sharing secrets. All of this enhanced by the fabulous inks of Sandra Hope. Wonderful pick-up, congrats!
