Description

In 1979 Bantam Books commissioned Ian Miller to illustrate a classic Ray Bradbury masterpiece, The Martian Chronicles. And Ian Miller did not disappoint! This edition is profusely illustrated with some of Miller's best work. It is at once strange, eerie and wonderful as only Ian Miller can manage. His is a singular vision that expresses itself with the most incredible detail and imagination which defies belief. You really have to see his originals in person to fully appreciate them!

This plate is entitled "The Locusts" and it appears on page 93 of the book. Published by Bantam Books in September 1979.
