Description

There are not many Michael Golden sketches out there, I only wish I never sold those Dr. Stange 55 pages. ~ I had the page # 1 (a splash) and what I thought were the other two best pages from the issue that I purchased from Michael Golden for $300 @ a Convention @ the Disneyland Hotel and because I paid cash I had Michael draw a Wolverine sketch to seal the deal (I was a shrewd negotiator as a teenager). I sold the 1st page for $150 at the Shrine, the 2nd one for $175 and kept the splash for another year thinking what a great deal I got. Later when the want to date beckoned I sold the splash for $300 @ SDCC (I was very proud of myself). Now seeing that splash went for 10K in the summer of 2010 and the others are worth at least 5k each imagine my regret. At least I still have this and the memory. : )
