Description

One of the reason Annihilation worked so well for me was the buddy cop relationship between Nova and Star-Lord. This book also set the template of the modern Peter Quill and it paid off pretty well for the MCU. And here's the cosmic duo interrogating their prisoner beautifully drawn by Andrea Di Vito.

You're completely right- Giffen making that buddy relationship really gave Richard an emotional foundation the reader could identify with.

Even with the bleed from poor markers, this page is pretty great- Andrea DiVito is such an underappreciated talent and his art is outstanding- clean, with a classic comic style
