Awesome, congrats on the addition
Damn this is good. Congrats!
What message to leave, what message to leave...
Well its no Star Wars :-)
It's great sci-fi of the era with a budget that far exceeded normal TV shows. This lavish painting shows how much they were invested in making this show a success. Little did they know how far reaching and how enduring the franchise would be as we still talk about it now.
Fantastic piece! Wonderful addition your collection!
I was a huge, huge BSG fan back in the day. This is a spectacular piece!
Yup, this was must-watch television on Sunday nights. Big fan here as well. That I can still name all the characters on this poster is testament to that (and probably explains a lot). Congrats Imran, thanks for sharing!
Magnificent! I had the 33 RPM album and poster. I remember expecting the show to show up for the second season in the Fall of 1979, and being devastated when I found out it was cancelled.
Years after the show was cancelled, I still had model Vipers, battlestars, and Raiders hanging from fishing line off my bedroom ceiling. I still have a full set of McDonald's glasses that were given out in 1978.
Hope you have this displayed so you can see it every day.
Classic movie poster treatment for a classic TV show! Gotta admit Battlestar Gallactica was a Sunday staple around our house. This poster brings back lots of memorable storylines and characters. Beautifully painted by John Solie, it really captures a time and place.Congrats!
Wow!!! Stunning
The definitive Battlestar art!
your poster art... the sum of me involves almost all of the works theyre promoting. right after star wars all the space operas that came out
I sure remember this poster. So freakin' cool. I was glued to the set for every episode. What 13-year-old boy wouldn't be?
Congrats on owning this beauty!!
