13”x15” (frame 17”x21”) Done in 1970; purchased in 2015. Editorial cartoon appearing on page 14 of the June 12, 1970, issue of Washington, D.C.’s The Evening Star newspaper, featuring President Nixon and, according to the auction posting, Secretary of the Interior Wally Hickel – though I question the accuracy since it does not match his appearance at all.
