It's nice to see a beautiful Red Sonja cover that doesn't focus on her metal bikini! Granted, it's also nice to see the ones that do!

Her full figure is robust like Linsner's Dawn and so are the colors he uses with a tinge of purple on everything.

Gorgeous Red Sonja cover by Joseph Linsner. I love this retrained portait of the "She-Devil with a Sword" that doesn't depict the red-haired warrior in a chain-mail bikini. I never thought that particular outfit provided much protection from swords and spears anyway. So here Sonja is wearing clothing much better suited top a female warrior. I love the metal shoulder guards with their turned up edges, perfect for deflecting a sword or mace. I love the thick gloves that would make it easier to swing a sword for long periods of battle. And the hooded cape provides just enough anonymity that she won't be attracting too much attention on the battlefield or in the bar. Beautifully painted cover by Linsner! Fantastic pick-up, congrats!
