Batman #308 p23 (1979) John Calnan / Dick Giordano
Although this is the last page of the story titled "There'll Be a Cold Time in the Old Town Tonight!", it does not feature the issue's villain, Mr. Freeze, but instead is a lead in to next issue's Christmas themed tale featuring Blockbuster (aka Mark Desmond). Those are his hands clawing their way out of the grave.
Although this is the original page used to produce the comic it would be considered production or mechanical art. The page is produced with two large production stats for the panels, and another stat for the Superman Contest blurb. I love the Superman movie tie-in. The only original art on the page is the hand lettering in the "Next Issue" section.

Artboard is off-white and overall very good condition. Some discoloration on the bottom margin from the glue.
