DescriptionI thought it would be fitting for my first upload to be the first piece of original art I ever bought. I got this page in the mid 80's on my first trip ever to London with my parents. I passed by this comic book store near Covent Garden (Comic Showcase) that also sold original art. This was the first time ever I saw these. They were bigger than I expected. I'd never even considered this was something you'd be able to buy. Spider-man was my favorite character and although he's not on this page, the Death of Jean DeWolff storyline had a big impact on me when it came out. Peter David story as well. It had high stakes as this could have been ripped from the headlines! More adult than many of the stories of the era.
