Description

From "Return to Krypton II, Part Four: Dream's End"

Krypto leaps onto Xon-Ur's back and tears into his armor. As Xon-Ur prepares to throw the dog into the fires of Rao, Superman leaps up and stabs a blade into the zealot's chest. With the furnace pinned shut, the fanatic detonates. Xon-Ur is left barely alive. while Superman lifts Krypto up and pats his friend on the head.
