Beautiful! Love the linework, lighting, pose, and peaceful mood of the piece. The water is perfectly indicated

This is lovely. I commissioned Jeffrey Jones to do a large oil painting of a scene similar to this, a Native Indian in long canoe, rowing. I described it and he saw it, he said like Frank Schoonover right. I said yes that's exactly right, he started the painting, did maybe 30-40% and had his final serious breakdown, and never completed the painting.
