Description

The Pin up Queen of the 1950s, Bettie Page was Dave Stevens' inspiration for Betty in the Rocketeer. As a result she gained a renewed public interest in the 1980s and Dark Horse published a comic book based on her. Dave Stevens helped write those stories, ink the interiors and of course his gorgeous covers. For this page, I was told Dave inked the Bettie Page figures only. Great work by Blevins as well but happy to have a Bettie Page interior that Dave actually worked on from the first issue.
