Unused Eisner Cover for Spirt Magazine #12 (1975)

I was never looking for a Eisner piece per say, but when the previous CAF member was selling it I couldn't resist. Per the previous owner:

"This was a prelim for the cover of Warren's Spirit Magazine #12 but a different design was used finally. The drawing is in pencil on "thick" (well not the thinnest sort) tracing paper that has predictably yellowed since the mid-1970s. I (Previous owner) bought it from former Warren editor Bill Dubay in 1998 and have been its sole owner since."

As the paper has yellowed I have attached 2 pictures as I tried to adjust to give it justice. The work on this prelim is fantastic and has so much going on. Also nice to know the history of the page and that I am only the third owner.

Now to get this framed.
