Description

Great little vignette by Sienkiewicz from his bizarre mini series Stray Toasters. Bill was at the peak of his powers at this time and you can see echoes of the artistic style in this book influencing Al Columbia and Dave McKean who both became major artists in their own right. His use of mix media here is astonishing. The colours are done with tinted sellotape cut out and carefully placed over the ink wash images.
