Published page from November 1955 Shoujo Club magazine, which featured the first run of Ribon no Kishi.

Cherry on top, the lower collage of original japanese vintage photos featured in the printed magazine.

A once in a lifetime Osamu Tezuka masterpiece. Photos does not give justice to the brightness and freshness of the colours and composition (look at the additional images for a glimpse of the real deal)

This is an amazing piece. It is historical. The entire piece reminds me of various Disney animated classics. The colors vibrant and the panel design very expressive. Congrats on getting this.

Rare piece that would be featured in a museum. It shows off the playful tone by Tezuka that can delight and joy with these fairy tales that were even more important for a post war Japan. Those photos below show that same spirit combining both modern and traditional dress.
