I always love getting cover recreations from Michael. I really wanted a Spectre cover from him and this one seemed to be the most iconic. He did an amazing job! He also put a cover sheet over the art when mailing that had a little Mister Monster prelim which put in the Additional Images below.

Ethereal recreation.  This is an excellent homage to the cleric original by Bernard Bailey.

Michael T. Gilbert is a great choice for this as his Mr. Monster series taps into the same kind of golden age supernatural stories.  It has the power of the Spectre's presence with the sweeping look of an epic.
