Description

I picked up this 2-page sequence from Ron at Terrifon because they're wonderful examples of the storytelling that make up his arsenal. He makes this 2-person conversation between Cyke (the greatest X-Man) and Logan (the Mary Sue of the Marvel universe) seem so dynamic, it's easy to forget they're just two dudes standing around in a static environment.

It's interesting to see how Garney uses the environment in the first panel to frame Cyclops and at the same time, with the rocks create those veritical lines that mirror his emotion. Congrats!

The two pages are great storytelling pages for an intense, very adult conversation. Beautiful artwork that tell the same story without the dialogue. Congrats on these beauties!
