"Fighting American and Speedboy Track Down Invisible Irving, The Great Nothing!" (issue's third sequential story), Prize Group. The Grand Comics Database credits Jack Kirby and Joe Simon with possibly writing the story.

Joe Simon lightboxed Jack Kirby's pencils to ink the page.

Invisible Irving escapes from Alcatraz and sets up a racket brainwashing people and getting them to steal from their employers.

It borders on horror with demonic possession to commit the crimes.  It kind of coincides with the era when fellow patriot Captain America had fallen on hard times and relied on incorporating horror into the final issues of his Atlas title.

Well you can't go wrong with Kirby. Also who doesn't love a floating head. Awesome piece.
