Description

A3 in mixed media. Marcial once again hit it out of the park with this one. He gave me the option of multiple different poses but this one struck me as something special, especially, how Surfer is in moving through Galactus' hand.

The coloring is amazing with Galactus' purple subdued by the darkness of space.

Man, this is outstanding. Whew. Love the start contrast between the Surfer and Galactus and the background, and all the different hues of the same blue/purple palette of the latter...sublime stuff. I really gotta look into Marcial's work. Huge congrats!

Superb piece of work! Blending Galactus with the stars instead of having him standing in front of them is a very nice approach of the character...

Galactus loves pulling the board out from under Surfer gag over and over. He's such a prankster.

I missed Toledano's lists with Inky Knuckles, but all his watercolor work is so vibrant. The depths of the blue and purple let the lighter blue space highlights and the metallic rendering on the Surfer shine.
