I noticed this on Facebook (which is amazing in and of itself because I'm never on there) and decided to pick it up the word bubbles around Hulk are stats because he was drawn so big on the sketch cover.

It's drawn like the Byrne version of Hulk on this reimagined Hulk #1 cover. Castrillo's colors and speckled effect are used to emphasize the destruction and power!
