I've seen Punisher make plenty of guys go SPLATT, but I haven't seen many SPLATT Punishers. Very cool! Now ML needs to send one to me!

Dumbbell or barbell arm curls are popular exercises, but cable curls are also useful for definition in the biceps. But don't forget the triceps. Do pushdowns, overhead extensions, and dips to get the best look out of the back of the upper arm. Then get the most out of the delts with overhead presses, front raises, and lateral raises. All of which Platt puts work into for Frank. After that workout, you can finally strap on some pouches and be ready for ML's package.

It's cool to see how Platt's style has transformed over time. This almost feels like an unlikely blend of Bachalo and Finch to something super cool.
