Description

Ah Hugo. Good, kind-hearted hungry Hugo. The line work in this daily from January 25, 1988 is just marvelous. It's almost as if Bud was using a more chiseled nib, though I think he just went at it with a heavier hand. I love the chunkiness of the figures from this period.
