Description

Dennis Mukai
"Elegante" 1988
Acrylic on Canvas backed on wood frame, like the Nagel canvases. Same builder and publisher.
Canvas is 35" x 48" in original black frame.

Provenance:
Mirage Editions, Inc. 11th Street Gallery
Purchased from Private Collection California (I am only second owner).

Created while working for Playboy. Exhibited in Santa Monica. Image is of Model/Actress Lisa Schad. The exhibition was fairly dedicated to Lisa, and from that exhibition in Nov. 88 brought the "Lisa" serigraph and poster and also Obsessions.

I hear Robert Palmer's "Simply Irresistible" in my head. :-) I have had this one several years now but thought I would share more Mukai. Hope you guys like them.
