Description
"Bullseye" was a Simon & Kirby creation drawn here by Jack as part of a pencil sketchbook he gave to his wife Rosalind as a Valentine's gift in the 1970's. Most of the pencils were later published in Pure Imagination's Heroes & Villains.

In 2006, artist Mike Royer re-worked this drawing to resemble Green Arrow for a set of U.S. postage stamps featuring DC heroes.

Beautiful Kirby done with such a great sentiment!  You can see thast it is a love letter to the character as well with the full pencils done so complete.
