DescriptionOne of THE nicest people I have met in the hobby, is current DC artist Cian Tormey. I know him of his work on the recent "Nightwing" annual last year & he caught my eye ever since. Talking to him at Heroes Comic Con in Brussels end of September made my day.While he typically works digital only, he did some commissions at the show & this quick sketch for me. It's a great memento of the long & interesting conversation we had! Update as of 22nd of October 2023: at FACTS Fall Edition this weekend, I asked Cian's inker Raul Fernandez Fonts to work his magic over the pencils. Raul was extremely nice to talk to - & it was great to see his eyes when we went through the books I had brought. It was a real trip down memory lane. Apparently, this is the very first time that Raul inked over Cian's original non-digital pencils. So, that's fun! Social/Sharing |
