Description

Dan May - "The Temptation of Alice" Painting Original Art (2012). An adult version of the Lewis Carroll character, set in a darker setting with a more risque tone by artist Dan May. A modern take on the classic tale created in oil on wood panel with an image area of 16" x 16". Color loss from wear around the edges, and signed by May on the back.

Alice in wonderland syndrome with perception of reality altered! It's a pretty welcomed one as well with all the right proportions handled so organically in robust fashion.
