Description

The 'body bag' variant, flagging it as one of the more gory ones (but not as gory as that Burnham one!). Pleased to pick this up from Joe A in the first Comic Art Live event of 2023. Thanks Joe! Extra pleased to be able to reunite it with the Harren variant for Something is Killing the Children. James draws just for my collection it often seems with his focus in both covers on the Oscuratype (the main beasties in the book) as much as any of the human characters. Monster being stabbed straight up the centre from underneath for Edwin to get the rain of blood. Go take a look at the Head Lopper/Rumble splash I have by James too, very similar stabby composition.
