Jupiter's Circle Volume 2 #4 (2016) page 6-7: Stolen powers

This series is Mark Millar's pastiche of the Justice Society of America. On these pages, The Flare gets shot out of the sky with a gun that steals his powers. Then, Brain-Wave is at the White House discussing the recent kidnapping of the vice president, when the same villain steals his powers too.

The back of the page contains a mirror image layout for Hobbes, the main villain. Sprouse also took the time on the first two panels to faithfully reproduce some photo reference material for the White House exterior and main conference room. The villainous thugs wear their names on their sweaters, just like on the 1966 Batman TV show.
