Frenz can draw no wrong!
Fierce and Ferociuos!!~congrats!!
Howlin' good!
Grrrrrrreat Frenz!!!
Really great WWBN by Frenz! Though, I'm honestly still smarting over the revelation that in acquiring this piece, you simultaneously left behind a couple of Black Panther pieces. Has the world flip turned upside down?!?
Ha ha! So...all may not be what it seems. I DO have a published page by Frenz prominently featuring BP. So wasn't a total leap!
Thanks, Ruben, and all, for the comments!

Art we can depend on

How many of us have them?

Before we get any silver, let's get
Frenz
We've heard he grooves every day
Most the lines he use it in a great way
Now you can hook the curse up, wolfen him again
But the lycanthropy doesn't know the meaning of Frenz
And if you ask me, you know, the wolfsbane's be much help
Because a Frenz art study you judge for yourself
Frames are okay, and they feature real cool
And some mistake moon's brightness when howling aroooo
We like the claws of some, because they're Wolvie
Russell comes around when we need some scary
Some you grew up with, around wolfsbane
And you're still real close to buy any page
Full moons through the Summer, Winter, Spring and Fall
And then there's art we wish for covers, choose 'em all
And this list goes on, again and again
But we want commissions, then we call Frenz
"And some mistake moon's brightness when howling aroooo"
"And you're still real close to buy any page"
Love those 2 lyrics,Marcus, among any good onez! Lucky to have my OA friends, whoops, I mean Frenz :) Thanks, man!
Holy shit! Classic, old school Whodini! How can you NOT sway side to side when you hear that beat?!? Awesome!
I was also tempted by this one. Great pose.
EXCELLENT Frenz pick up, K! It would need to be a special piece indeed to make you pivot away from T'Challa, but I can absolutely see how this would do it... As you say, the pose is great, and the colors are -fantastic- (with all the gradient browns and a halo of yellow to show the full moon behind him). I really like the subtle tree line on -just- the left side of the backgrounds, as though he has just broken out of cover into a clearing (hence the yellow halo!) and is pouncing on his prey...! More than just a simple illustration, there's a really strong sense of that Frenz storytelling muscle here! Great score (and Happy Halloween), K! :)
Exactly, man, as far as that storytelling aspect. That background strip is so effective. Werewolf by Night takes to the...night :) And see my reply to Ruben. Wasn't a total pass on the Frenz BP, lol. Thanks for the add and happy Halloween to you, too! Got more themed pieces comin'!
A case of "when you see it, you know".
AAAROOOOOOOO! His hair was perfect...Love this WWBN commission. Frenz kills these, imo, and the details in yours are great. Love the action lines in that shadowy background, too. Simple thing that gives it depth and a great dark tone. Halloween Approved!
It's so nice to see coloring that works with the line drawing so harmoniously. Nice one KG!
WHOA!!!!! THIS IS GREAT!
Oh grandma, what big teeth you have.
It is very nice!!! Loving the window effect on the background that creats an amazing dusk ambience. I like it very much!
Frenz draws a great WWBN! Congrats!!!
Frenz can do no wrong! So good.
Ah-WOOOOO, ah-woo ah-WOOOOOOOOO! This awesome frenzied Frenz Werewolf By Night illustration has me howling at the moon. Great grab!!
Love it!
You have some wonderful Frenz pieces and this is no exception. The color is a nice touch and it's perfect for the season.
love the pose! terrific commission!
Frenzied is a helluva way to put it! The colors pop, and that strip of night the perfect backdrop. WWBN a sentimental fave for me, as well. Gratz on this baby!!
WWBN does have a connection with another character, an adversary of his, that both share a connection not with the sun but with...
;)
Thanks, man, glad you like!
Beautiful! Huge congrats
Depth and movement. Very nice!
Frenz has a great feel for motion. Very cool piece!
