Thi is a great homage! Karate Kid for Black Panther is inspired. I would have thought this was an homage to one of the Marvel Deadly Hands of Kung Fu covers with so many martial art moves on display!

Thanks Marcus. I really have a soft spot for these type of covers. The smaller images can really help move a storyline along or help highlight secondary characters & plots. There was a time in the 70's where these were very popular, especially on Captain America and Spiderman covers. Is there a technical artistic name coined for this approach ?
